On the rotisserie since I don’t have a smoker. I sold the smoker to an idiot a few years ago and it never gets used, probably covered in rust, I’ll steal it back soon.

One was a dry rub and one was a bbq sauce. Wife said they were better than she thought they would be, so that’s a win.

1.5 hours and not really sure. I used the infrared rotisserie on medium, which according to the thermometer was 225, but really not sure. I think they needed a solid 2 hours

Thanks. I don’t like to or have time to babysit a smoker. Also had a very clingy toddler running a 104.4 temp stuck to my side, so this was an easy cook.
