First attempt at pork belly burnt ends. Turned out very tender. This was 1/2 of a whole pork belly.

I love honey candied belly! Fantastic taste, and really easy to make: we eat a ton of them. I usually wait until the wife is in a good mood, 'cause it is a pain to get the wire rack clean afterwards!!!

Ruining a good diet! Search for Korean bacon, search their recipes for Asian BBQ rub. Brings bacon to a new level, with you mix a killer/ up

It is amazing how clean the dishwasher has been getting the racks for the grill and smoker cleaned up after such cooking.

Did you spray it with cooking spray first? That usually makes it a little easier.
