Creole Shrimp and Andouille Chicken Tacos

Fantastic, finger-lickin' good meal. Probably join the craze and call it keto too!! A little too ambitious for the little RV grill, and one pan, but man it was good. Spicy too!!!!!

Tony Chacere creole shrimp, andouille, bell pepper, and corn. Fileted a couple chicken breasts to deep fry (should have been cut thinner, and then pounded out a little bigger and thinner). Need to fry crisp and fold while hot. No tortillas, used the folded chicken breast for the taco!

Stuffed them full of shrimp and sausage, veggies, japs and sweet onions, and drenched in cilantro lime crema and fresh lime juice.

Looks fantastic, might have to try this one.

Now that is pretty awesome. Have never seen that before with the chitilla lol. Looks great!

I wonder how the chitilla would turn out fried necked, with no flour....

Gonna try it again, but with Panko crumbs for a crunch, and get it properly cut and pounded thin!
