Canadian Bacon - 05/16/21 01:53 PM
I put these 2 boneless pork loins in a brine/cure for the next 12 days. Gonna smoke them for Canadian Bacon for my first time. Kroger had them on sale for .99 cents pre lb. so I decided to give it a try at that price.

I was tempted back when I made my own Egg McMuffins in my microwave. Took only a short time. Right size container with broken egg in the microwave for a few seconds, followed by cheese, and Canadian bacon. While the English muffin toasted in the pop up toaster. Done deal. Not sure about the calories. You do the math.
