Doing the grill tonight, and Sweet Tooth said chicken instead of steak. She loves the flavor and juice of thighs. Some sweet corn, sautéed mushrooms, and white wine sets her to growling for more!!!

That does look good, I concur the thigh is the best part of the bird, healthy meal too.
