Smoked Pastrami. - 05/13/21 05:37 PM

Smoked a little pastrami on the REC TEC yesterday. Cooked 2 nice flats that weighted about 10.5 pounds. Came out with 7.2 pounds of sliced pastrami. I put in the fridge over night and sliced it today.

Yes it does. This Ruben is from a while back from some Pastrami I made last year. I made enough this time to last a while. I need to make a run to the store to get some rye bread and swiss cheese and I`ll be ready for another Ruben.
