What to do with venison cube steak?

Of course, I usually do chicken fried steak. Occasionally, I will make fajitas with it. But, I'm looking for different ideas. What do you do with your cube steak besides Chicken Fry?

Chip beef n gravy, stroganoff, carne guisada...

Chinese bell pepper steak.

Smothered steak with onions

Like Bill if it was already cubed I've done venison stir fry. If it's not too cubed up chunk it up and marinate and grill some on skewers.

Stir fry with vegetables. Serve over rice.

Fijitas, you can also marinate, and cook k-bobs.

Steak on garlic bread sammiches.

Cooked in marinara, with mushrooms, and lots of mozzarella melted on it

That's what I ended up doing tonight. My wife and girls are the pickiest eaters I've ever seen. They won't eat half the stuff I make, and I make some pretty damn good stuff...patting myself on the back...

Oh HELL yes!! Jalapeño, cheddar and panko breading deep fried???? The girls wouldn't touch that, but me and the boy would kill a plate full. Please share!

Slice a jap in half and remove seeds
Fill with sharp cheddar
Wrap with cube steak
Season with Uncle Chris Steak Season
Smoke at 250° for 90 minutes or until done

That has to be amazingly good, would a cold beer or six be good with that? Don't bother, I'll risk finding out.
