Nice small chiles, stuffed with cream cheese, rolled in street taco and lightly fried in the butter. Some eggs and fresh grated sharp cheddar. Topped off with a glass of milk made it great.

Thanks, but nope. Simple one skillet meal. Fry two peppers on both sides, add cheese, roll in tortilla, fry again. Cook 3 eggs in the leftover butter in pan. Have a small 4-sided cheese grater that stays in the RV drawer. Perfect!

Different take on the Hatch breakfast. Heavier fry and crunch, in bacon. No eggs required, just pico, cheese, and sour cream. Grrrr!!

Haha, I ran reactors and made nuclear fuel for 40 years! Really just like to eat, and know everyone else does too. As for presentation, it just helps if you’re OCD, and it looks “right!”
