I'll pass on the Blue cheese, looks good otherwise....Am I the only one that cannot stand blue chesse, REALLY I eat animal hearts and tongues but will pass on the blue cheese. okiehuntr

Those of you who don't like blue cheese must have a mental block about it. Blue cheese goes so well with red meat, and is even better when paired with red wine.
