Simple Chili Dogs - No Beans!!

Served up the proper way, that I learned as a kid. Grilled buns, bed of mayo and mustard under the dog, and NO beans, and lots of cheese. Getting a lot of mileage out of the Tex sweet onion too!!! Enjoy.

Some sauerkraut would go well with that!

Not a fan of sauerkraut with chili dogs, seems to conflict. I do love pickled red onions with them tho!!

For all my plain dogs and brats, I do caraway seeds in the boil, and then horseradish and kraut together, with heavy brown mustard.
