Costco and HEB carry them, if you have one around you.

Check your Walmart, they carry those really meaty beef ribs occasionally

I have purchased some of their sausages and had my deer processed there, they did a very good job.

Has been several years but I have bought lots of good meat at this place. From a whole hog to steaks and ribs.
