Cheaters Never Win, but They Do Get Full!!!

After I got the girls taken care of, I could build my own dinner. Found this Creole Sauce at the grocery yesterday and decided it would be awesome with fresh shrimp. Peeled and deveined about a pound, sautéed up a half sweet onion and a bunch of jalapeños in a stick of butter, then added the sauce, water, and Tabasco. Served over good Basmati rice. Oh wow, you could drink the soup out of the bowl. Yes, it will make a good one to remember.

Get out of town.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I just enjoy cooking; in a previous life (before retirement) I ran reactors and manufactured experimental nuclear fuels from radioactive waste products!! Who knew, huh??
