Jerk Ribs - 04/18/21 03:09 AM

Had a coworker 5-6 years ago that was Jamaican we always bs'd about food. I told him how much I like jerk chicken. He said yeah it's good, but you like to smoke, you need to make jerk ribs. Started making these a few years ago and love them.

Jerk seasoned ribs, smoked on apple, and glazed with a pineapple habanero glaze.
