Thats all that's left of a 10# brisket!! Pretty successful party lunch tho, with all the beans, coleslaw, salads, and chips. At least I got one sandwich out of it!!! Thank goodness we bought a big cake.

Sure glad that we didn't kill all these kids (when they were younger, and deserved it), and turned down that $10 offer from the gypsies. Turned out pretty darn good, and 30+ years later they are still something special!!!
