Pretty Good Fry Night - Wet or Dry

Pretty Good Fry Night - Wet or Dry - 04/13/21 02:02 AM

The wife and Mil wanted fried Panko chicken thighs, pounded out thin, with last nights leftover veggies. I thought since it was calm out I would fire up the side burner, and do a tribute to CAST, in my dutch. Redfish filets, mix of Louisiana/flour/lots of Tony Chachere's. The salads were just cucumbers and tomato in red wine vinegar. Pretty darn good meals.

That looks great, but the wife just wasn't raised on fried foods. I have to do the honors for just myself usually. How long is a bulk package good for? If I could get 3-4 months out of it, it would be worth it!!

We keep cornmeal, sugar, this, cereal, etc in the freezer to keep it fresh. Should easily last 4-6 months and much longer...

I keep mine on the shelf and easily get a year out of it with no quality issue that I can tell

Sounds Good, will have to try some in bulk. We don’t have any humidity (20%) so nothing goes stale after opening, just wondered about taste quality. Sounds like it’s not an issue.
