Feeling a little oddball tonight. Finished the yard project for the wife, and when the rain started - I just felt like cooking. I can't be there with you guys, but I bet you wish you could be here!!
I cheated a little, 'cause I love Rhodes rolls. Chopped up a bunch of brisket, added sharp cheddar and mozzarella, cream cheese, and sour cream. Cumin/garlic/onion powder/S&P. Sweet Tooth and the MIL wanted mild, so she made hers into hand pies. I added jalapeños and sliced Texas sweet onion to mine, and made them round to tell the difference. I let them raise for 30 minutes after filling.
