Yorkshire Pudding 1st Attempt - 03/26/21 01:31 PM

I tried to make Yorkshire Pudding for my first time.

They turned out pretty good. A very easy and quick addition to a meal.

Think of it as a puff pastry, without any filling! smile Basically it's a nice creamy eggy inflated roll, to eat with your meat choice. I like them once or twice a year, with prime rib.
