Comfort food, after a long busy day, in the shop and garage. A big eye of round roast turned into both fajitas and stroganoff meat this morning, when we first got up. Love to eat messy finger food at night. Marinated in oil, lime juice, Worcestershire, Fiesta fajita seasoning, cumin and garlic. Lots of peppers, jalapeños, onions, grilled mini cherry tomatoes, and beans/cheese. Turned out pretty darned good!! Heck with the carbs.
