The girls left me unsupervised with just the grand dog, and went on a road trip over to Boise to see kids and grandkids. I can stink up the house all I want, and just leave the windows open to air out!! Thank goodness for Fabreeze. 
Had three small redfish filets, so what better use than fish tacos. I grilled up some peppers and onions, blackened the fish in the same skillet, and created awesomeness!! Bedded them on chopped lettuce and cheese, then loaded the filet, and topped with all the veggies and pico. Yeah baby!!!
