Chunk Redfish Ettouffee, with Wild Rice - 02/27/21 02:18 AM
Girls were mellow tonight, and only wanted Panko chicken thighs, with leftovers. My chance to have seafood again! Thawed a couple nice redfish filets, chunked them up, used their pan, and almost blackened them in the previous butter and spices. Used up the last of my ettouffee base, and made it over wild rice. Had a half of a sweet onion left, so made onion rings! Ended up with their extra broccoli and salad they couldn't finish!!
