Baby Back Basket, and Candied Pork Belly - 02/23/21 01:30 AM
The girls are Idaho thru and thru, and sometimes I just gotta break them out of their comfort zone!!! Home-made tortilla baskets, pulled all the baby back rib meat off the bones, and candied up some awesome HEB mesquite honey BBQ'd pork belly chunks!! Filled the warm baskets with refried beans, cheese, 2 meats, L&T, avocado, and onion and pico. Wowser.
