Glad you are enjoying. When this whole virus thing started, we made extras for every meal, and put in freezer containers. I've got so many stacked in the freezer that it looks like a Tupperware party in the garage!! We keep trying to eat them up, but it seems like they are breeding in there. I know there's several potatoes too!

I really enjoy a good quality , perfectly cooked Sirloin anytime , just like that one .

Love a 1 1/2 to 3/4"Sirloin cooked like that one, med to med rare, most don't like Sirloin because they over cook it and gripe that's it tough.
