Sometimes plain chili is great too, but adding some SC, cheddar, or onions and chopped japs just puts it over the top!!

I had the cheddar and onions in the bottom of the bowl and the sc on top! Tasty

The dried chili's need to chopped smooth in blender. That becomes the chili mix to add the last 45 minutes

Cheddar, Onions/Chives, Japs I like. up
Tried it several times just never cared for sour cream on my chili. To me it does not compliment the natural taste of chili like other seasoning or condiments, its like putting A-1 steak sauce on a perfectly cooked Porterhouse or other great cut of meat. As they say, to each their own.
