Cold Enough for Seafood Chowder

Cold Enough for Seafood Chowder - 02/14/21 08:29 PM

Worked out in the 10 degree cold this morning, shoveling snow, clearing walkways, and feeding all of my local birds and squirrels. Even we aren't immune to the cold; we just tolerate it and hope it goes away soon!

Time for a little creative warm-up for lunch. Seafood chowder with shrimp, scallops, and minced clams. Some cubed potatoes and celery/carrots. Thick and creamy from the richness of half and half, along with a couple cans of Cream of Bacon soup. Plenty of Tabasco to light the fire. YUM!!!
