Snowed All Day, Perfect for Saturday Night Brisket

Snowed All Day, Perfect for Saturday Night Brisket - 02/14/21 02:57 AM

So I ate my pecan pie last night, then trimmed and seasoned that nice brisket to sit overnight. Slow roasted for six hours at 220 degrees, then finished at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. it stalled at 185, but the girls didn't care and wanted to eat, so pulled it and sharpened the knife!! Corn, sautéed onions, and a little balsamic tomato topped it off. Left-overs have been sliced up for sandwiches, probably dinner tomorrow, and Beef Stroganoff later.
