New to me taco

Was a fend for yourself breakfast one kid wanted pop tarts one wanted cereal. So I got to make what I wanted. Browned a potato 1/2 an onion in some butter tossed it in a tortilla and topped it with some cheese and a runny yolk egg. Never had a taco with a fried egg before but it’s way better than scrambled!

Wonderful that way. I fold and roll one end, to keep the goodness from running out!!

I didnt give it the chance! Was a two bite taco lol small tortilla big mouth.... but if it would have dripped on the plate i'd would have taken my smack and licked it!
