If they’re gonna sell em, I’ll keep buying them! I absolutely NAILED the crust this evening. I busted out the little processor. Whole black pepper, coarse kosher salt, garlic powder and some rosemary from the yard. Outlive oiled them up, slapped a layer of pepper and seared them, finished in the oven.
Added some roasted asparagus with S&P and a healthy dose of pequin pepper flakes, Daddy is Happy Happy Happy.
