Girls wanted mild this morning, so cheese eggs and toast for them. I ramped mine up a little, with southwest tortillas and pico.

Haha. Actually I did, but ALWAYS have a brand new spare pepper and Chollula in standby!

Looks delicious. HEB makes fresh Southwest Tortillas that I’ve been hooked on. Love the red pepper flakes in the tort.

I really love the mix of spices in this masa, and it is so fresh that it really puffs up when heated or fried. I did these in a little of the bacon grease, after I removed the meat.
