Nice Dinner Tonight With Friends

I could never post a picture of a friends dinner, but it was an amazing pork medallions in a tomato basil sauce with pasta, and beautiful pear/apple mixed greens balsamic salad!! Oh Wow!!!

She did spend hours on an amazing German Chocolate cake tho, and she would be proud to share. Have a pound or two of butter and sugar. I just don't do coconut, but everybody else raved about it.

Im ok with german chocolate cake, but i'd like it a lot more without the coconut, or if they would grind it instead of the shreds. I like the flavor but not the texture of the coconut in it.
