Burger Night - Green Chile w/ Bacon - 01/28/21 01:19 AM
Full blown burger dinner tonight. The ground beef I had was a package of 93% lean, so they tend to get dry and tough. Mixed 50/50 with ground pork and made them a full 1/3#, and were much juicer and more tender. Used that new green Chile I got the other day, melted cheese to hold it all on the patty. Lots of the usual toppings, and double bacon and sweet onions. Of course, Idaho french fries.
