Fast and Easy Breakfast Tacos

Busy day of running around, better get started. For weekends sometimes simple is easiest, just feed the girls, everyone dressed, and off we go. Fried honey ham, sharp cheddar, and lots of eggs and butter. YUM!! And only one skillet to clean up.

I'll take the one with the jalapeños.

Looks fantastic. Like a little char on my tortillas.

Steamed a couple so they would roll up better. Normally just throw on my griddle between the burners on the stove. By the time I'm done cooking, they're toasty!!
