Spinach Salad - Good, and Good for You - 01/21/21 12:56 AM

Had plenty of left-overs from last night, but some stuff just needs to be fresh and yummy! Baby leaves, mozzarella and Parm, some Gorgonzola crumbles, fresh mushrooms, honey pecans, and LOTS of bacon. Raspberry vinaigrette for sweet, and a cran/raspberry cocktail.

Very nice, we have baby spinach and other “spring greens” in all our salads now.

I eat basic Spinach salads quite often, that looks pretty darn good
