Basic comfort food tonight, and back to paper plates. Just some shrimp poor boy sliders on hamburger buns, with tater tots, Magic Dust/tabasco remoulade for the sauce and dipping. Enjoy yourselves!!

Could use a little bit more pepper....otherwise looks great!

Hate salt, but I do love my black pepper!!! If I had left the lettuce wet, you would have seen how much I REALLY put on it.
