Never thought I would like this mix before I tried it. Glad I finally broke down and tried it. Decided to make my own tonight.

If you like the sweet/spicy combo like in Kansas City BBQ you might like it. I was apprehensive when I was first told about it, but it is dang good. I’ve seen it covered in jalapeño gravy or syrup. This is two parts maple syrup and one part hot sauce.

That looks pretty wonderful. Best I ever had was a chicken breast pounded flat and tenderized, breaded and fried in spicy dredge and served between two thin waffles. Coated with maple aioli, and wicked good!!
