Sausage-stuffed Tater Tot Tarts w/ Cheese

Something fun to eat, while drinking coffee and looking out at the cold snow. Tater tots made into a shell, filled with spiced breakfast sausage, cheese, and scrambled egg mixture. Topped with more cheese when almost done. I used my large muffin tin and 5 tots in each, and should have used 6 to make a little bigger cup.. Oh well, live and learn.
