How many of you guys do it? Seems im always making a batch. My wife and I drink it like coffee in the morning. We never through away a bone

I used to do it regularly. My xwifes brother was a fanatic and had lots of really good stocks in the freezer.
They would cook it down into a concentrate then once cooled poured into ice cube trays and frozen.

I do it with chicken bones and leftover vegetable scraps. Roasted in the oven for color and then simmered all day.
I've never tried it with deer bones or anything. I think the dogs would be upset.

I do it with the turkey bones from my deboned turkey then bore you to death with the meat from the bones.
