Boring Breakfast Quesadilla, but good!

Getting an early start to a busy day. I needed to fuel up, to probably work thru lunch with my son, in his shop. Quesadilla of cubed honey ham, jalapeños, cheddar, and a couple eggs thrown in to bind it all up. I like them thick, and hot salsa adds some kick to the Chollula

Didn't bore me.
