Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup

After a big lunch, we needed something lighter for dinner. Spent the afternoon with the wife at her skin cancer doc, and she was gonna be wiped. Me and my buddy R2D2 threw together a simple soup, and let her cook. Turned out pretty good, and the left-over is gonna make some awesome filled baked potatoes tomorrow!!!

When my first grand-daughter was born, in 1997, she really didn't want anything to do with Papa. I introduced her to coo-koo's (oyster crackers) and got her hooked, she ate them out of my hand like candy. To this day, that is one of the first things she goes for in the cupboards!! The other thing is ice out of my Scotch; she will eat every one of them and at 23 still doesn't like to drink!!!!!
