I’d eat half....not a duck fan. Why I don’t hunt them anymore.

Dammit it was good. Duck was way better than the deer.

You’ve never tasted my Duck. I will not eat duck cooked by anyone else. Funny story though Omar shot the duck and my boss gave me a roast. You know I don’t shoot Bambi, but I’ll kill the [censored] out of some duck.

Looks great! Looks real similar to something I make called "camp food" aka a hobo dinner.

I have teal & deer in the freezer, might just do the same thing soon. up

That is exactly what it is, a hobo dinner. Seal em up in tin foil and cook in oven at 400 degrees for around an hour until the foil starts to balloon. I used some jalapeño Parmesan seasoned and the magic dust (thanks joshy) and it turned out great.

We cook a lot like a hobo no doubt...the aluminum foil packs are just too easy for veggies. I normally want the fire cooked or seared with my duck and deer medallions though, never put it in foil. Looks good though.

I’m out on steamed meat. Reminds me of Luby’a Cafe

I'd put it up against any Duck you can cook. Deer not so much, I'm not a huge fan of deer to begin with, this is the first time I've cooked the deer like this and it did dry it out. But the duck is fantastic and the only way I'll eat duck.

You wouldn’t eat my duck, it’s still quacking. Seriously though, it’s the duck version of Tuna Tartare

Lol Na do you brine it or put it in buttermilk to get the gamey taste out?
