Got my wheels a turning. Didn’t have all the stuff for banana pudding and didn’t want to go full cheesecake.

Found bananas, graham crackers, 1 pack of cheesecake pudding.

Threw together a crust, mixed up the pudding and cut up the bananas. We shall see in an hour or so how it turns out lol.

My wife makes it without bananas because I don`t like them in my vanilla wafer pudding. So did my mother. I`m spoilt.

We’re waiting....

Made it with almond milk so my son can have it. So taking a bit longer to sit up.

Well damn, removed from freezer last night and put in the fridge over night. Guess it wasn't set up, it was frozen LOL. Checked it this morning and it was pretty much soup again.

FYI to anyone that cares, pudding will not set up with Almond Milk. It does say on the box won't set with soy milk, so add almond to the list.

My grandma made an amazing banana pudding. She always had one waiting and ready for me when I came to visit
