Surprise, surprise, they arrived yesterday. They included a little lagniappe. Can't wait to try them. They included this recipe.

I plan to break out my wok and make Chinese pepper steak with the top sirloin steaks. That was my go to for venison back in the day.

I don't remember but it was back in the day when I still used rice wine vinegar in my sauce.
