I REALLY like steak tacos!!

Got back from our RV trip, and thought I had a week to relax before my trip to Kansas for deer. Not the case. My son and DIL in Craig Colorado called, and asked if I would come demo their basement rooms, re-wire, and help get all the building materials stocked to remodel. They promised good company, good food, and booze. How could you turn that down???

BBQ steak tacos, rice and black beans, and a lime cilantro sour crema sauce. G&T. Winner winner.
