Sausage gravy

Who doesn’t love good sausage gravy? My wife nails it when she cooks it. This was a mild heat wild pig sausage made up by Kuby’s. Absolutely delicious. Even my 15 month old devoured it.

Love it. Prefer a little more black pepper.

That’s not your normal cracked black pepper. That mix right there is hotter than hot jalapeños with the amount you see.

Should be great on Tartare.

Can’t stand salt, but man, I love pepper!!

There is an old story about Henry Ford taking prospective new hires to lunch before he'd make his final decision. They'd order and he'd observe. If the prospect salted his meal before tasting it, he wouldn't hire them.

Never salt and pepper your food before tasting it when with your boss.

My hunting partner will cover his French fries with ketchup, then shake on so much salt it turns almost pink instead of red! YUCK.
