Venison Stew # 2 - 11/01/20 04:44 PM

Back on Wednesday I was going to make Chili but did not have the stuff for it so I made Venison stew instead, for the first time I chunked in some Trapeys Jalapeno Blackeyed Peas in it.
I enjoy stew so if anyone has a good recipe please share.

This is how I cooked it.
Rubbed Worcestershire sauce on then into the flour that already has salt & pepper, into the Dutch Oven that had hot Canola oil in it, browned on both sides then added water, carrots, onions, potatos with skin on, fresh diced Jalapenos, Blackeyed Peas, Fiesta Jalapeno salt, Ranchers Reserve Cowboy Blend with Coffee Steak Rub, minced Garlic more salt and coarse pepper then put into the oven initially at 350 for an hour then 250 for a couple more. It was pretty good.

Needed some Cornbread durnit.
