Anybody like Meatball Subs??

The daughter called and the youth baseball team they coach made the State Championship in Salt Lake. The wife knew with the deer opener tomorrow I wasn’t about to go. She grabbed her Mom out of the senior living center, and off they flew. Told me to fend for myself for dinner.

With a big pot of meatballs and sauce, fending for myself meant mozzarella and meatball subs. Sweet tea washed it down.

That looks awesome! Love a good meatball sub. Been a while since I have had one though. May have to remedy that.

That looks great! That was my brother’s favorite meal, used to eat them together all the time. Haven’t had one since he passed 16 yrs ago.

Don’t mean to be a Debby Downer. Just one of those things. Not the same without him.

You should have one, maybe on his birthday. Celebrate his life, enjoy the meal. Tell some of the funnier stories about him to who ever you're eating with. In a pinch, Subway has a decent one, but nothing like the one put up by the OP. Looks fantastic.
