Its what for dinner tonight,. In the microwave for a minute. Then covered with salsa and cilantro.

The meat came from my Sunday night tenderloin such as this.

I love the purple onion Bill. I normally eat 1 or 2 a week in assorted dishes.

Tenderloin nachos if one of Cathy`s favorites. We usually have it with guacamole. She me Omaha steaks every Christmas as a bribe. It is the gift that keeps on giving.

Looks great bill..... But...... You need to start grating your own cheese. It is way better than the stuff you get in a bag. It ain`t like you don`t have the time. It`s cheaper per ounce to.

I guess it would be the wrong time to ask what you thought about the near cheese in Kraft singles. The first nachos I ever had back in the good old days were chips, Velveeta, and jalapeƱos baked in an electric oven.
