Bayou Soup

I tried a new,easy soup and thought it was great.
Thought I’d share recipe with you fine folks.

Bayou Soup

1 can kidney beans
1 can navy beans
1 can black eyed peas
1 can seasoned mixed greens
1 can Rotel
1/2 onion chopped
1 Lbs Cajun smoked sausage (andouille)
1 32oz box chicken broth

Chop onion and put in big pot.
Slice sausage and add to pot and cook till onion is soft.
Drain the beans and mixed greens and add to pot.
Add chicken stock.
Add rotel.
Simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Oh my.....bet it would be even better with a few shrimp tossed in
