Cheesy Potato Casserole w/ Ring Sausage

Simple and easy; key word is EASY!! The steak/potato lunch thread got me wanting some warm spuds, as it never got above 60 degrees today.

Grease your pan so the bottom layer won’t stick and burn. Sliced potatoes, ring sausage, cream of mushroom soup, and a little cheddar love. Plenty of black pepper. Repeat for the second layer.
Cover and cook for about 60-80 minutes at 350 degrees (depending on your oven, and how thick you slice the potatoes). Then uncover - add a little more cheese on top, and back in for another 10-15 to melt and brown.

Taters and sausage can't go wrong.we make a version of that call lazy potatoes the recipe is on the slap yo mommas Cajun seasoning can and add crawfish tails,mushrooms and a can of corn drained.

Yep, a whole tray of it too. That one would be dangerous here.

I would eat that until I couldn't move. You would have to roll me back to Idaho Falls Airport on a dolly for the flight back to Texas.
