Pipeline Steaks

Pipeline Steaks - 09/22/20 05:30 PM

Slow work day means cooking a good lunch. Seasoned sliced potatoes with shredded cheddar. Potatoes were cooked on the griddle until tender then put into a pan with the shredded cheese on the smoker for long enough to let the cheese melt. Ribeyes smoked at 200°f for about 45 minutes then seared at around 450°f
