I’ve been watching food network all weekend and it’s killin me! Dude on tv did a marinated pork loin like you made but then he shaved it, made a sandwich with grilled baguette, and a spicy mustard/apricot jam with arugula.

What are you going to do with yours? It looks amazing!

I grill it on direct heat searing 2 to 3 minutes per all 4 sides. Take it off and rest for a few. It's still pink in the middle but tender. Slice in medallions and eat with sides. Sandwiches with horseradish mayo are great later.

Lets see the man marinates it with "Meat Church Holy Gospel" then cooks it on our Lords day of worship Sunday, destined to be a raise your hands brother I believe we have taken your Stomach to the Promise Land! And yes I have been drinking again roflmao
